Bitten by chocolate: Hacienda El Rosario from Chocolat Bonnat

This was a buttery 75% dark chocolate with an easy melt and an almost cool and wet feel to it. The taste was intense, bitter and maybe had a slight coffee flavor to it. I normally do not like any coffee flavor at all, but I still liked this one, although it might have gotten a better grade without the coffee flavor.

This chocolate was bought in Ahlgrens konfektyr, Malmö, Sweden.

I will give this chocolate a grade of 4.0 and Sebastian gives it a 4.2.
