This is my entry number 500 on this blog :) And off course that had to be celebrated with a Friis Holm chocolate.
The chocolate had a buttery texture with a smooth melt and a strong taste with slightly bitter and burned notes.
It was good but not as good as several other, we have had from this brand.
This chocolate was bought at the 2014 Chocolate Fair in Copenhagen, Denmark.
I will give this chocolate a grade of 4.1 and Sebastian also gives it a 4.1.
