Ohh today is the last day of 2014, which means that this will also be my very last post in 2014 and I couldn’t think of a better way to end this years blogging. These indulgent “ferrero rocher” bliss balls with roasted hazelnuts and cacao taste absolutely amazing and I have yet to meet someone who doesn’t like them – even my super picky and anti-health/raw food sister loves them! These are quite similar to the recipe for my chocolate hazelnut “nutella” balls, but I have made some adjustments and these also have a hazelnut core adding some extra crunch.
