As you have probably noticed I am quite fond of smoothies and I usually have one 5 out of 7 days a week. For the past two weeks I have been starting my day with a smoothie for breakfast every single day and I have been loving it so much that don’t see it changing anytime soon. It is such a perfect and nutritious start to the day and I have been feeling so energized and surprisingly full. My favorite breakfast smoothie is this “secretly green” raspberry smoothie as it is not only super tasty and filling, but also packed with good fats, fibre, protein, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
