As you might have noticed I am such a big granola fan, I absolutely love to eat it on my smoothie bowls, my skyr/greek yoghurt or just as a cheeky little snack (it is way too tasty to leave alone) and I usually try to make a fresh batch every week. I really love making my own granola since it is super easy to make, it is much tastier than the store bought ones (in my opinion at least), you can get the exact flavor combos you want and you control exactly what goes in there = no added nasties and you can really cut back on all the fat and sugar that are usually in the store-bought ones. I have experimented with a lot of different recipes, but I usually make a new combo every week basically just throwing together whatever I have in pantries.
