Granola is one of my favourite things to add to my breakfast, it is beyond delicious, super easy to make, inexpensive (when you make it yourself), filling and I love the added crunch to my smoothie bowls, yoghurt etc. The granola I usually make are a healthy version made without too much added sugar or fats (just a little honey or coconut oil), but sometimes I am in the mood for something a little more indulgent and we should all remember to spoil ourselves a little from time to time right?! ;) This granola with peanut butter and dark chocolate is my absolute favourite granola to make when I want the “luxury” version of granola, it tastes super indulgent, but the fat and sugar actually comes from honey, coconut oil, peanut butter, banana and dark 70% chocolate, so it really isn’t that bad ;) Haha have I convinced you to give it a … Læs mere
