Ooohh look at this blueberry beauty, I told you that I was not done with mini raw cakes yet, didn’t I? ;) This raw mini cheesecake with blueberry is the newest in line and I know I say this all the time, but this is definitely one of my new favorites! It is so fresh, flavorful and just beyond delicious! I know the photos aren’t too impressive, but the light was absolutely terrible and disappearing fast, so I just had to shoot it really quick, but don’t hold that against the cake – I promise that it is absolutely delicious! Do you have any suggestions or wishes for new flavour combos that I should try? I am starting to run out of ideas, but I really want to experiment with a fruity rainbow coloured one when I get back home next month.
