I had been waiting months for this unique six hands dinner at restaurant Alchemist. And believe me - dinner was worth the wait. Wow!
Dinner this evening was to be created by chef and beef master Kentaro Nakahara and legendary sushi chef Keiji Nakazawa both from Japan plus enfant terrible Rasmus Munk from Denmark. All three chefs that are extremely talented within their field of cooking. A big honor.
The venue this evening was restaurant Alchemist. A very small but perfect location for this one time only "Japan meets Copenhagen"-dinner.
