Every summer I try to eat as many Danish strawberries as well as homegrown rhubarbs as possible before they are out of season. Strawberries and rhubarb are one the most perfect summery combos in my opinion and I absolutely LOVE experimenting with new ways to enjoy them. A few of my favorites counts this greek yoghurt cake, these parfaits, this crumble and these popsicles, so yum! I like to keep it quite simple and let the delicious flavors of the strawberry and rhubarb do the talking, which is also the case with my newest creation. I simply baked them with orange, vanilla and maple syrup, which resulted in this beyond delicious gooey mess that is full of flavor and sweetness – I could eat it all day...
