Morning lovelies, I hope your day is off to a good start? ? I started mine with a matcha latte and a power walk in the cold morning air, surprisingly refreshing and actually quite lovely! I am not in any way a morning person, but it feels good to start the day right with a little exercise and fresh air. As I have mentioned before I am trying to loose a little weight and since my knee is still not well, then the only cardio I can do at the moment is power walks.
