Bitten by chocolate: Tobago Estate Chocolate from Francis Pralus

This was a 70 % dark chocolate with a firm texture and a nice slow melt. The chocolate taste was intense with bitter and slightly burned notes.


We bought this chocolate in Ahlgrens Konfektyr, Malmö.

I will give this chocolate a grade of 3,7 and Sebastian gives it a 4,0.
