Okay so the weather in Denmark right now is certainly not very summery, but I am still craving ice cream and popsicles, so lets just pretend that the sun is shining ;) I have shared these bright green matcha popsicles before, but only in Danish so I thought it was time to get the recipe translated to english as well. They are by far one of my favorite popsicle recipes, I mean how pretty are these?! I love the beautiful green color from the matcha powder and the matcha flavor is just perfect for healthy treats when you combine it with vanilla and a little bit of chocolate.
